Fifty years after it first opened, The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant will re-launch this October following a major refurbishment programme and with a new head chef at the helm.
Located in the five-star Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London’s Knightsbridge, the elegant interior from Martin Brudnizki will breath new life into the traditional aesthetic which, coupled with the arrival of head chef Ian Rudge, formally of the Michelin-starred Northcote Manor, will see a complete refresh of The Rib Room’s famed ambience, operation and seasonal British menus.
Major renovations include the addition of a destination cocktail bar and two private dining rooms with capacity to seat ten and eight, one complete with a cigar terrace. In total, there will be 132 dining covers plus a further 50 in the bar.
Although Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square is one of London's most famous landmarks, few people know of Nelson's "Spare Nose". This pink nose can be found just off the square under one of the road arches of Admiralty Arch, but you have to look hard to find it.
